No. 1 Old Trafford Brochure
This stunning property brochure was designed by Transmission Creative for a potential housing development project in Manchester. The tall and thin exterior mirrored the proposed building design and the copper buckram cover featured debossed icons and foiled logo that would be integrated into the building itself.
The internal pages of the brochure were lay-flat bound with each section a double page spread incorporating beautiful 3D visuals and maps, maximising the large double page format.
These were distributed world wide, specifically targeting far east investment, so needed to stand out from the crowd.
