We worked closely with Über Agency on this Invite project for BAFTA . Prior to producing the finished job, we created full production proofs from several versions of artwork, using combinations of white ink to create different effects on the Mirri board.  The gold was printed cmyk to match BAFTA’s Pantone gold. We used a duo-tone image of black and white ink for the building and overprinted black text on a white ink background to create a selective contrast between the flat white and the Mirri gold.  Über wanted to create a Metallic effect on both sides, so we duplexed the printed Mirri board, after the two sides had been individually gloss laminated and embossed on ASAP’s Heidelberg platen.  The job was hand creased, cut to shape and finished with a permapeel sticker to allow the flap to be closed for the end user to open it without causing damage to the piece.
