The Black Eye Project created this beautiful brochure by combining black foil with G.F. Smith Ebony Black stock.  For additional contrast they also used different percentages of white ink for the publication title.

To achieve the flatness of the black foil we actually layered it on top of clear foil, rather than applying additional pressure.  This ensured a clean and flat finish without creating an emboss effect on the inside cover.
