Peekaboo

ASAP prints publicity items

Big Buddha Films is a Sheffield based independent film company, and one of our clients. Their latest short film Peekaboo, stars Lesley Sharp and Shaun Dooley. They’ve currently had their posters for this film printed here, which were designed by local design company, another of our clients Bird&Bee. Peekaboo looks at one of the last taboos, baby loss. It’s a heart wrenching short drama and is currently screening at film festivals around the world. Following on from this short film, Big Buddha are now making a feature length documentary called Still Born, Still Loved telling parents own real stories. This film will be a truly inspiration journey from the depths of despair to happiness, love and joy. The film will be Directed by Debbie Howard. You can watch Debbie’s pitch and find out ways that you can get involved and help. ASAP prints Exhibition by Muiz

Nuclear Nuqta The fission of Islamic art from the classical to the contemporary. Nour Festival of Arts is back for a third year this autmn and, this time its expanded beyond Leighton House Museum to include a stellar cast of participating cultural organisations. Nour Festival will deliver dazzling contemporary artistic talent from the Middle East and North Africa to London audiences during October and November 2012.

The Sheffield Egg

The Sheffield Egg is made by PJ taste @PJTaste, a Sheffield-based
catering and food company committed to using locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible.

To mark the laying/creation of the Sheffield egg, Sylvia Dunkley the Lord Mayor of Sheffield was on hand with the ceremonial knife to cut the first egg. The eggs will be on sale in PJ Taste (and Urban Pantry in Crookes) if you want to try one yourself, they are retailing at around £2.49.

Grand Opening of Urban Turka

ASAP have been asked by Ansar Mahmood to produce a wide range of restaurant material for a new Indian restaurant opening in Leeds. We were asked to deliver Main Food Menus, Wine Menus, along with VIP Postcards/Invitations and Business Cards.

Printed on 350gsm Fedrigoni Premium White Satin, protected with a super stick matt laminate, vertically creased and folded. Using the latest Indigo 5500 we were able to print at 1200pdi with double hit black to deliver a high quality finish which enhanced the premium design.



Paper Back Eco Kraft 280gsm

ASAP were asked to produce an A6 booklet using Paper Back Kraft board for the front cover. The covers are 280gsm Eco Kraft with the White Ink printed on the cover. The Inner pages are full colour 170gsm Uncoated saddle stitch finish.
