Dynamic Digital Print - More colours more options

All aspects of ASAP’s business seek to implement policies that reduce actions that have an adverse effect on the environment. Whilst compared to conventional litho printing, digital has many benefits such as being able to order only what you need and therefore limiting wasted print, saving the environment and your pocket.

Our advanced digital technology allows us to set up in under 10 sheets both printing and finishing, which reduces wastage unlike litho which can take hundreds. All our paper trimmings and set up waste is recycled through PHS Datashred on a weekly basis. The small amount of Ink waste and used imaging oil that we produce is collected, processed and recycled by Safety-Kleen.

As with most printers, the choice of paper stocks is in the client’s hands, but ASAP offers special recycled paper stocks, for environmentally conscientious customers. All of our papers are sourced from sustainable responsibly managed forests and most of our papers are FSC accredited. As part of ASAP’s commitment to environmental issues we are in the process of working towards FSC and PEFC certification.
